Wonderful

The location is very central. Walkable to nearly all city highlights . The receptionist are very friendly and helpful

It would be nicer if they have a kettle in the room and a blow-dry. Apart from that everything is alright.

Great time in Lisbon. Don't miss the experience of a solo trip to Portugal.

I especially liked that you could go anywhere on foot. Funicular really close, railway station just a stone away. Metro also easy to reach. The staff did their best. The nice man at reception was very helpful and tried to make you feel better, being a foreigner in a new country is a bit daunting. His name is Raimondo or Ramiro.

No lifts. Bathroom too small. Not so many TV channels.

A centrally located place.

Very centrally located, close to many attractions.

Sockets for charging a phone/laptop were scarce. The bathroom was very tiny. The entering of the building is a bit cumbersome.

overall good money for value as for me was very important the location and it was for my needs

Very good location and friendly reception staff, at least the one I met

some umpleasent smell coming out from the bathroom. I had to keep the bathroom door close at all times not to be affected by the smell. I did not report it to reception as I am sure they are already aware of it as I guess is a structural problem with the building drainage system that probably has to be addressed.

Nice place to stay, really clean, affordable and well located

I really enjoyed my stay here. I booked my room at the last minute as my previous accomodation was a nightmare. The room was great, well equiped and very clean. Also the building is well located and rates are affordable. I felt really safe in the building and would definitely come back to this place on a future trip.

Good

The location was really central, affordable.

There was no elevator, you need to use lots of stairs to access to the hotel which is not accessible at all. The room was dark and looking at ventilation gap so it was a bit claustrophobic. You are asked to give the key of your room every time you leave the place which was not ideal. A little kettle or some sort of tea coffee in the room would be nice. The towels were not so clean.

The location can't be beat, and everything was just as described. The service was excellent and I had a really great time there. Definitely would stay there again.

Quiet clean room in great location.

Wonderful location. Clean. Quiet.

The policy of leaving key when you went out and picking up key at desk. The desk was always busy so you had to wait for the key. Also, the toilet was so narrow. If I was more than a size large, I wouldn't have fit.
